Recipe - Pepperoni Salad Stuffed Pitas

Ingredients:

3 cup Purchased mixed salad greens
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
One half cup Turkey pepperoni; (34
slices)
1/3 cup Crumbled feta cheese; (1 1/2
oz)
6 Cherry tomatoes; quartered
One half md Green bell pepper; cut in
thin strips
1 cn (2 One fourth oz) cut or sliced up ripe
olives; drained
1/3 cup Fatfree Italian salad
dressing
4 6" onion flavored pita
pocket breads; halved

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads; mix well. Fill
pita bread halves evenly with salad mixture.

8 sandwiches; 4 servings.
