Recipe - Pepperoni-Pizza Sourdough Bread

1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Three fourths cup Sourdough starter
One fourth cup Milk; or water
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Cooking oil
2 cup Bread flour; or allpurpose
One half cup Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1/3 cup Pepperoni sausage; finely
chopped
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried oregano; crushed
(double for fresh oregano)
1 One half pound: active dry yeast 1 tsp.
Sourdough starter 1 One fourth cups milk or water 2 Tbs.
tomato paste 3 Tbs.
cooking oil 1 Tbs.
bread or all purpose flou 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded 3/4
cup pepperoni, finely chopped One half cup sugar 1 Tbs.
salt Three fourths tsp.
dried oregano, crushed Three fourths tsp.
(double for fresh)
Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions. Crust to
medium or lighter.
