Recipe - Peppered Hungarians

1 pound Pecan halves
Butter or margarine
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 dr Tabasco; more or less
Salt
White pepper
Saut‚ 1 pound pecan halves in a little butter or margarine. Add 2 teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco, salt, and white pepper.
Roast at 300ø for 20 minutes, or until brown. Yield: 1 pound nuts.
