Recipe - Pepper And Salt Dip

1 md Onion; minced
1 lg Green pepper; minced
1 Red pepper; minced
1 Fresh jalapeno pepper; minced
2 Cloves garlic; or more,
minced
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Dried basil
2/3 cup Sundried tomatoes
Three fourths cup Water
2 One half Soy sauce (doesn't say if it
is TSP or TBS!)
Three fourths cup Seitan
1 Tomato
1 cup Water

1) dice 1 medium onion, 1 large green pepper, 1 red pepper, and 1 fresh
jalapeno pepper. mince 2 or more cloves garlic.
2) saute the veggies in your favorite medium (water, stock, etc.). add 1 t
dried oregano, One half t ground cumin, and 1 t dried basil. "fry" until peppers
are browned. remove from heat and set aside.
3)place 2/3 cup sundried tomatoes in a small pot. add Three fourths cup water, cover and
simmer 5 minutes. Remove tomatoes, reserving liquid. chop tomatoes and add
to veggies in frying pan along with 2One half soy sauce and the reserved tomato
liquid. dice Three fourths cup seitan and chop 1 tomato. add these to the pan, too,
along with 1 cup water. cover and simmer 15 minutes.
