Recipe - Pepper Roasted Salmon With Mustard- Herb Cream Sauce

3 pound Beef rib eye; 1 One half in.
thick
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Dried thyme; ground
2 teaspoon Dried oregano; ground
1 One half teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Ground red pepper
Brush steaks lightly with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine all
seasonings. Sprinkle seasonings over steak and press into both sides. Cover
and chill for one hour. Grill steaks turning once over medium hot coals for
1418 min. for rare; 1822 min. for medium; 2428 min for welldone.
Serving Ideas : Serve with Grilled Vegatables and Spinach Salad
