Recipe - Pepper Relish

12 Green sweet peppers
12 Red sweet peppers
12 small Onions
1 small Hot pepper; or more,
to taste
2 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 pt Vinegar
1 pt Water
Grind peppers and onions. Mix. Cover with boiling water. Let stand about 10
minutes. Mix salt, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil; pour over
peppers and onions. Boil 20 minutes. Pack in jars. Seal. Process 15 minutes
in boiling water bath.
NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing and processing.
