Recipe - Pepper Jack Ties

2 small Red hot peppers
1/3 cup Red bell pepper
2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 1/3 cup Apple juice
1/3 cup Plum tomato
4 cup Sugar
1 Pouch
Pectin

Dice peppers and tomato. Bring all ingredients, except pectin, to full boil
in med saucepan. Add pectin, return to boil. Cook for one minute, fill jars
and seal.
