Recipe - Pepper Jack Bread - 1 12-Pound Loaf

1 One fourth cup Water
3 cup White bread flour
One half tablespoon Dry milk
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Pepper jack cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Dried, crushed red pepper
3 teaspoon Cilantro (I omit)
3 teaspoon Active dry yeast OR
2 teaspoon Fast rise yeast

these are delicious and not too spicy
Add water to pan. Add rest of ingredients except yeast. Place yeast in well
on top of dry. Use dough setting.
When done, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Punch down and divide
dough into 12 equal parts. Form each piece into a 7 inch rope and tie in
knot. Place in greased muffin tin and allow to rise for 25 minutes. Brush
with beaten egg and bake and 375 degrees for 2025 minutes.
