Ingredients:

1 cup Mustard powder
3 ounce Cool water
3 ounce Vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
One half teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in nonreactive container. Place in jars and let
stand 48 weeks, depending on how strong you want the mustard.
