Recipe - Penne With Spiced Tuna Sauce (Mf)

1 pound Penne pasta
3 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlicflavored oil
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 pack (10 oz.) fresh spinach,
coarsely chopped
1 pound Smoked ham, cut into
1x1/4inchthick strips
1 One half cup Shredded sharp Cheddar
cheese
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine oils, salt and red pepper in large bowl.
3. Drain pasta in colander, reserving One half cup pasta water. Add hot pasta
with reserved pasta water to bowl, tossing with oil mixture, spinach, ham
and cheese until spinach wilts and cheese melts. Makes 6 servings.
