Recipe - Penne Or Rigatoni A La Vodka

2 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Vodka
One half teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 cup Canned tomatoes
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Heavy cream
One fourth cup Parmigiano Reggiano
~Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in vodka and pepper
flakes and heat gently for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and cook over
high heat, stirring to break up the tomatoes until thick (approx. 5
minutes). Stir in heavy cream and cook until thick (approx. 5 minutes or
more). Stir in parmesan cheese. Toss with cooked penne or rigatoni style
pasta
