Recipe - Penne A La Vodka

3 Cloves garlic; coarsely
chopped
1 small Chopped onion
One half cup Vodka
1 cn (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
One half teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup Heavy cream or milk
Olive oil for frying
Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in pan enough for all the ingredients. Add garlic till
golden brown. Add hot pepper flakes and onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add vodka
and reduce liquid by half. Add tomatoes and milk reduce until desired
consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over penne pasta. Add a good shake of parmesan cheese.
