Recipe - Peking Salmon
Categories: None, Peking Salmon
4 Salmon steaks or 1 filet;
(whole or cut into
portions)
One fourth cup Brown or hot or spicy
mustard
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Orange juice
Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may
refrigerate for 34 hours or you may cook right away.
Broil for 1015 minutes or bake at 350 for 1520 minutes. VOILA!
This is my family's all time favorite. DELISH!
