Recipe - Pecan Stuffing

4 cup Chopped Pecans
4 cup Bread cubes
4 tablespoon Butter, melted
One fourth cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
One half cup Sweet red pepper (minced)
One half teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 One half cup Chicken Stock
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, season with S & P. Place in
greased 9"x 13" baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
