Recipe - Pecan Meringues

2 cup Pecans; chopped
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Corn starch
2 lg Egg whites
1 pn Salt
1 cup Light brown sugar; packed
Chop the nut medium fine. Mix the nuts , flour and cornstarch in a small
bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in
the flour/nut mixture. Drop by spoonfulls onto parchment paper. Bake in
preheated 300 oven for about 1820 minutes.
