Recipe - Pecan Loaf

1 cup Pecans
1 cup Bread crumbs, dry
1 small Onion
2 md Potatoes
1 One half cup Soy milk
One half cup Soy flour
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sage
Nondairy margarine
Grind nuts and bread crumbs separately in blender.
Chop onion and potatoes in soymilk in the blender. Add to nut mixture.
Add soy flour, salt and sage; mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Dot
the top with small peasized pieces of margarine. Bake at 350 degrees fro
30 minutes. Serve with brown gravy.
