Recipe - Pecan Kisses

1 Egg white
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
2 cup Pecan halves

Beat egg white until it stands in peaks. Grad ually add brown sugar and
vanilla. Fold in pecans. Coat well with mixture. Drop by teaspoon on
greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes. Turn off
oven and let stand for 30 minutes longer. Freezes well.
