Ingredients:
Pecan Delight recipe makes 1 Servings
3 Egg whites
20 Round buttery crackers; roll
1 cup Sugar; fine
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar, baking
powder, and vanilla extract.
Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix into
piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Top with== whipped cream. Yield:
