Recipe - Pecan Cheese Salad

2 tablespoon Knox gelatin
One fourth cup Water; cold
1 lg Pineapple in chunks; drained
reserve One half cup juice
1 cup Celery; cut or sliced up thin
1 cup Pecans; chopped
2 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Whipped cream
One half cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Sugar
1 cup Mini marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon

Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Add One half cup pineapple juice which has
been heated. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Add gelatin mixture.
Mix well. Pour into container of choice. Chill until set.
