Recipe - Peasant-Style Spaghetti

1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 pound Tomatoes; peeled & chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
5 ounce Prosciutto; minced
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Ground oregano
12 ounce Spaghetti; cooked & drained
Chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
Saute garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5
minutes. Add prosciutto, pepper and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until
ingredients are blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and
sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
