Recipe - Peas N Salmon Loaf

2 cn Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea)
2 Eggs,beaten
1 tablespoon Onion,chopped
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Cracker crumbs,fine
1 cn Peas,drained(8.5oz)
One fourth cup Tomato catsup
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and
cracker crumbs.
2. Carefully fold in peas.
3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F.
oven 30 minutes.
4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
