Recipe - Peas And Artichoke Hearts Saute

2 tablespoon Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One fourth teaspoon Fennel seed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 cn (14oz) artichoke hearts;
drained and quartered
1 cn (16oz) green peas; drained
Saut‚ garlic in olive oil until softened. Add parsley, fennel seed, salt
and pepper. Add artichoke hearts and saut‚ for 5 minutes. Add peas and
simmer until heated through and flavors have blended. Yield: 4 to 6
servings.
