Recipe - Peas Amandine

2 pack Frozen Petite Peas
Water
Salt
4 sl Bacon; chopped
One fourth cup Yellow Onion; minced
One half cup Slivered Almonds
One half cup Whipping Cream
Cook peas in salted water. Fry bacon and onion in skillet. Add peas,
almonds, and salt to taste. Heat through. Stir in cream and serve in
individual dishes.
Serving Ideas : Put in a rice ring
