Recipe - Pear And Raspberry Sauce

2 Chopped pears
One half pt Raspberries
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 pn Ground nutmeg
A fiberfilled topping for pancakes and waffles; good as a dessert sauce
too. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15
minutes until slightly thickened.
Yields 2 cups. Per One half cup serving: 83 calories, 0.5 g fat (5% of cal); 3.5
fiber. Good source of vitamin C.
