Ingredients:
Pear And Pecan Pie recipe makes 12 Servings
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Pecans
One half cup Cornstarch or flour
One half teaspoon Lemon juice
Slice pears to fill unbaked pie crust. Pour the following over the pears;
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until pears are done.
I have also made this with canned pears, using of the juice. Posted to
