Ingredients:
Pear And Apricot Butter recipe makes 1 Casserole
5 pound Pears; peeled and cored
1 pound Dried apricots
3 pound Sugar
Place pears and apricots in a large saucepan. Add water and cook until
soft. Strain, and return to pan. Add sugar and cook until thickened,
stirring frequently. Pour into glass jars and seal.
