Recipe - Pear Sorbet

1 cn Pears in syrup;frozen
One half cup Orange juice; about
One half Lime; juice of
Sugar or honey if desired

Hi Monica, you asked about a quick way to make sorbet's....well I can't
remember whether I got this off this list or my herbs list, but here goes:
Place can in freezer till solid then open both ends and put in blender,
allow to thaw partially. Push out pears, add rest of the stuff and blend
till mushy. Pour into tupperware and refreeze, all most completely, then
blend again. Eat or refreeze for later. ENJOY!
I've made sorbet with pears, peaches, frozen strawberries (add apple juice)
and pineapple. Different combinations, oh yes and with fresh
cantelope/orange. Y
