Recipe - Pear Crumble

4 Fresh pears, peeled, cored
and cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Three fourths cup Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Butter
One fourth cup Finely chopped nuts
On bottom of lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan, arrange cut or sliced up
pears. Combine 2 tbsp flour and half the cinnamon. Sprinkle over pears. To
make topping, combine Three fourths cup flour, remaining cinnamon, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter until crumbly. Add nuts to topping mixture. Spoon over
pears. Bake, uncovered, in 350 F oven for 3035 minutes until pears are
tender. Makes 6 servings.
