Recipe - Pear Cheese Salad

DRESSING
One half cup Oil
3 tablespoon White wine vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
SALAD
4 Pears; thinly cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 ounce Shredded Swiss or Cheddar
cheese (1 cup)
One half cup Chopped pecans
Bibb lettuce
In small jar with tightfitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients;
shake well.
In large bowl, gently toss pears with lemon juice. Add cheese and pecans.
Pour dressing over salad; stir gently. Serve in lettucelined bowl.
