Recipe - Peanutty Snack Mix

5 cup Kix cereal
1 cup Salted Spanish peanuts
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Dried banana chips, if
desired
1 pack (3 1/8 ounces) vanilla
regular pudding and pie
filling
One half cup Honey
One half cup Peanut butter
Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15 One half x 10 One half x 1 inch. Mix cereal,
peanuts, rasins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding and pie filling
(dry) and honey in 1quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat,
stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. Spread in pan.
Refrigerate 30 minuts. Break into bitesize pieces. Store in covered
container at room temperature or in refrigerator. Makes 10 cups.
