Recipe - Peanut Fluff Fudge

1 Garlic Clove
1 sl Fresh ginger root; (One half by
Three fourths inch)
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro leaves
One fourth cup Rice vinegar or white
vinegar
5 tablespoon Juice from mandarin oranges
2 tablespoon Smooth peanut butter
4 teaspoon Lite soy sauce
4 teaspoon Sesame oil
4 teaspoon Hoisin sauce

In a food processor bowl fitted with metal blade and with motor running,
drop garlic and ginger through feed tube; process until minced. Add
cilantro & process 45 seconds or until finely chopped. Add vinegar,
mandarin arange juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, oil & hoisin; process
until smooth. Place dressing in a small bowl; cover & refrigerate until
ready to serve.
