Recipe - Peanut Dipping Sauce

One fourth cup Peanut butter; chunky
One fourth cup Plum jam or
apricotpineapple preserves
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon Plum wine
1 teaspoon Hot Chile Vodka or prepared
hot suace; (Tabasco)
Combine ingredients, except chile vodka, in a pyrex bowl. Mix well and
place bowl in microwave for 3060 seconds, watching carefully so mixture
doesn't boil over. Remove from microwave and stir in chile oil or hot
sauce. Allow to cool.
Serve as an appetizer as a dipping sauce for vegetables and fruit. Such as:
green onions, asparagus, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cut or sliced up apples, fresh
muchrooms, etc.
Always a big hit at parties.
