Recipe - Peanut Crunch

5 ounce Butter
2 Dessert spoons golden syrup
(corn syrup)
One half cup Brown sugar
1 cup Flour
One half cup Chopped peanuts
1 cup Cornflakes
1 cup Coconut
1 teaspoon Baking powder
ICING
2 ounce Butter
2 Dessert spoons golden syrup
1 One half cup Icing sugar

Melt butter and syrup and add to dry ingredients. Place in a sponge roll
tin and bake in slow to mod. oven about 15 mins. Ice while still warm.
Icing: Melt butter and golden syrup, then add icing sugar. Mix well then
spread over slice.
