Recipe - Peanut Crisps

1 Container Ready to Spread
Vanilla Frosting
One half cup Peanut butter
1 pack (12 oz) chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Shortening (up to 2)
In a bowl combine frosting and peanut butter. Cover and refrigerate for 1
hour, or until mixture can be formed into balls. Form into Three fourths inch balls
and refrigerate an additional hour.
In top of double broiler over hot water, melt chocolate chips and
shortening. Using 2 forks, dip balls into chocolate to coat. Place on waxed
paper while chocolate sets. Store in refridgertor. Posted to TNT
