Ingredients:
Peanut Butter And Jelly Coffee Cake recipe makes 8 Servings
2 cup Buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup Milk
1 Egg
One half cup Jam or jelly (any
Flavor)
Heat oven to 400°. Grease round pan, 9 X 1 One half inches. Mix baking mix and
sugar in medium bowl. Cut in peanut butter with a pastry blender or 2
knives. (Mixture should be crumble.) Mix in milk and egg. Beat
Vigorously 30 seconds. Spread batter in pan. Spread top of batter with jam.
Bake 20 o 25 minutes or until light brown. Serves 8
