Recipe - Peanut Butter And Banana Bread

1 pack Yeast
2 One half cup Better for Bread flour
One half cup Wheat flour
3 tablespoon Gluten
2 tablespoon Brown sugar; packed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Banana;6 oz.peeled
cut or sliced up directly into
the inner pan
Three fourths cup Peanut butter, creamy or chu
1 Egg
1 cup Very warm water

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread

bread for a special treat, spread toasted slices with a mixture of 1 part
