Recipe - Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Treats

3 tablespoon Margarine
1 pack (10oz) regular marshmallows
(about 40), or 4 cups
miniature marshmallows
6 cup Rice Krispies cereal
One half cup Peanut butter
Nonstick spray coating

Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir
until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, mixing
until smooth. Add Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated. Using buttered
spatula or waxed paper, press mixture into a 3quart rectangular pan coated
with cooking spray. Cut in 2inch squares when cool. Microwave directions:
In large microwavesafe bowl, microwave margarine and marshmallows at HIGH
1 minute longer. Stir until smooth. Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
Press into pan as directed. Makes 24 squares.
