Peanut Butter Easter Eggs recipe makes 6 Servings
One fourth pound Butter, softened
1 18oz jar of peanut butter
1 pound Confectioner's sugar
1 pack Semisweet chocolate chips
1. Mix together everything except the chocolate
chips. 2. Shape into eggs. 3. Let dry overnight. 4.
Melt Chocolate chips in a double boiler and dip shaped
eggs into melted chocolate.
