Recipe - Peanut Butter Cups

1 cup Semisweet chocolate disks
Melted
7 ounce Hershey Bar melted
1/3 cup Peanut butter at room
Temperature
2 One half tablespoon Powdered sugar sifted
Melt chocolate disks and Hershey bar in a double boiler. In a small mixing
bowl, combine peanut butter and powder sugar until smooth. Shape into
balls and set aside . With small paint brush, brush melted chocolate onto
the bottom and up sides of paper candy cups till about 1/8 inch thick. Put
a peanut butter ball in each chocolate coated candy cup. To seal peanut
butter balls, spoon another layer of melted chocolate over each ball. Chill
or freeze until hardened.
