Recipe - Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Ice Cream Pie

1 6oz keebler ready crust;
chocolate pie crust
One half cup Creamy peanut butter
One fourth cup Honey
1 One fourth cup Keebler chips deluxe with
peanut butter cup cookies,
chopped
1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
6 ounce Smucker's chocolate fudge
topping
8 Miniature peanut butter
cups, whole

Place mixing bowl in freezer. In seperate bowl, mix peanut butter and
honey. Chop cookies into coarse pieces. Put softened ice cream in bowl from
freezer, add peanut buttter and honey mixture and 1 cup of chopped cookies.
Mix on low with electric mixer until well blended. Spoon One half of the ice
cream mixture into pie crust. Layer with chocolate fudge topping. Spoon
remaining ice cream mixture in pie crust. Garnish with remaining chopped
cookies and peanut butter cups. Freeze overnight before serving. Makes 8
servings!
