Recipe - Peanut Butter Crumble Cake

1 Three fourths cup Flour
One half cup Light brown sugar
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Butter
1 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Raisins
1 tablespoon Ground ginger
Three fourths cup Soured milk **
1 lg Egg
One half cup Chunky peanut butter
Heat oven to 350. Put flour, sugars & cinnamon in 89" ungreased
baking pan. Stir with fork to mix well. Add butter & crumble. Set
aside Three fourths cup. Add baking powder, soda & salt. Stir to blend. Add
milk & egg & stir until blended. Stir peanut butter into reserved
crumb mixture. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 2530 minutes. Cool in pan.
** To sour milk: 2 tsp. lemon juice in glass measure. Fill with milk
to Three fourths cup mark.
