Recipe - Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie

CRUST
1 One fourth cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter; melted
FILLING
8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter; softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup Heavy cream; whipped
Grated chocolate or
chocolate cookie crumbs;
optional
1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375
for
10 minutes; cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and
vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust.
4. Sprinkle with chocolate or cookie crumbs if deisred. Refrigerate.
