Recipe - Peanut Butter Chip Triangles

Ingredients:

1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Packed light brown sugar
One half cup Cold butter or margarine; (1
stick)
1 2/3 cup Peanut Butter Chips; divided
14 ounce Can sweetened condensed milk
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Three fourths cup Chopped walnuts
Confectioner's sugar;
(optional)

Heat oven to 350 F. Stir together flour and brown sugar in medium bowl; cut
in cold butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in One half cup peanut butter
chips; press mixture into bottom of 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake for 15
minutes. Meanwhile in large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg and
vanilla. Stir in remaining chips and walnuts. Spread evenly over baked
crust. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on
wire rack. Cut into 2 to 2 /12" squares; cut squares diagonally to form
triangles. Sift confectioner's sugar over top, if desired. Makes 2448
triangles.
