Recipe - Peanut Butter Casserole

1 pound Ground round steak
1 One half cup Cooked rice
Three fourths cup Peanut butter
1 cup Carrots, cut or sliced up
Three fourths cup Tomato sauce
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Onion, large chopped
2 Eggs
One fourth cup Green peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Directions Couldn't be easier: Brown the ground round steak with the
chopped onion. In a casserole dish, mix together the peanut butter and the
tomato sauce. Mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 F.
for about 1 hour.
