Recipe - Peanut Butter-Granola Munchies

2 tablespoon Margarine
2 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
3 cup Miniature marshmallows,
(5One half ounces)
2 One half cup Lowfat granola with raisins
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine margarine and peanut butter in a large saucepan; place over low
heat until margarine and peanut butter melt, stirring frequently. Add
marshmallows; cover and cook 5 minutes or until marshmallows melt, stirring
occasionally.
Remove from heat, and add granola. Working rapidly, toss the mixture
gently, and spread into the bottom of an 8One half x 4One half x 3inch loaf pan
coated with cooking spray. Let cool completely in pan.
Remove from pan; cut in half lengthwise, and then slice each half crosswise
into 8 (1inch) pieces. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 2 [2 x 1inch]
bars).
