Recipe - Peachy Pork Picante

1 pound Boneless cubed pork
1 pack Taco seasoning
Oil to brown pork
8 ounce Jar of salsa
4 tablespoon Peach preserves
Cooked rice for 4
Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning and brown in skillet. Add salsa and
peach preserves to skillet. Stir to mix well, cover and lower heat. Simmer
gently for 15 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
