Recipe - Peachy Lemon Crisp

1 (29 oz) can cut or sliced up peaches
in heavy syrup
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon pie filling
One fourth cup Seedless raisins
Three fourths cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon Firmly packed light brown
sugar
2 tablespoon Margarine
Strain peaches, reserving 1 1/3 cups syrup. In 1 One half quart microwaveable
bowl, blend reserve syrup and pie mix. Microwave on high (100%) for about 4
5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peaches and raisins. In bowl, combine
cracker crumbs and sugar, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over fruit mixture. Microwave for 23 minutes or
until heated through. Serve warm.
