Recipe - Peaches N Cream Ice Cream

3 pound Mashed fresh peaches or
3 cn (1lb) freestone peaches;
drained and mashed
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
4 cup Milk
3 cup Whipping cream
1 One half cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
One fourth teaspoon Almond extract
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 (up to)
3 dr Red food color; optional
When using fresh peaches, sweeten to taste. Combine peaches and lemon
juice. In a very large mixing bowl combine milk, whipping cream, sugar,
vanilla and almond extract, salt. Add peaches to the mixture; stir in food
color, if,desired. Chill. Put into ice cream freezer and churn. Yields 1
gallon.
