Flavor Rice Pilaf
2 qt Water
5 cup Diced Peaches, drained
4 cup Whipped topping
2 cup Shredded coconut

1. Cook rice accoding to package directions. 2. Allow rice to cool. 3. Fold
in minced peaches, whipped topping and coconut. 4. Refrigerate until ready
