Recipe - Peaches And Cream Dessert

Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pack Vanilla pudding mix (3 oz.)
One half teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Milk
1 Egg
1 cn Peaches (20 oz.)
1 pack Cream cheese (8 oz.)
One half cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Peach juice
1 tablespoon Sugar

Combine flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding, salt, butter, milk and egg
in a bowl; beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased pie plate. Drain the peaches,
saving the juice. MIx together the cream cheese, One half cup sugar, and the
peach juice. Spread the peaches in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture
over peaches within 1 inch of edge. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and One half teaspoon
cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for
3035 minutes.
